Early 2023 we decided to sit down as a business and come up with ideas on how to give back to the community. The 5280 Charity Ball was held 23rd November 2023.
Coming out of covid, we felt our community needed something to bring everyone together. Plus to raise as much money as possible for three hardworking local charity groups.
The three chosen local groups were the Millicent Royal Flying Doctors, the Millicent Hospital Auxiliary, and the Millicent Cancer Support Group.
We also wanted to appeal to local businesses looking for a staff event for their Christmas function and that it did. Huge success and we look forward to doing biannual in 2025. Thank you to everyone that donated their time and product to this event.
